Product Description

In this bold and challenging title that has provoked two decades of debate, Hauerwas and Willimon argue that believers should focus on how to nurture Christian life and community rather than reform secular culture. Instead of turning America into a "Christian" state, we should view ourselves as "resident aliens" in a foreign land.
