For those who have serious health issues this book would be well worth looking at. Others who want to improve their health can certainly find good suggestions as well. I am always cautious when it comes to excessive dietary changes but will definitely try a few of these suggestions.

Let's face it we are all under stress. Some of us only experience mild stress. Some of us experience stress only when deadlines come due or similar situations.
