I like Rosenberg, Grisham, and Dee Henderson, and now I have new favorites - Diane and David Munson. It is obvious from their suspense writing and their backgrounds in the law/law enforcement, that they truly lived lives of suspense. Fast paced and realistic, with just enough romance to keep me turning the pages. Redeeming Liberty was recommended to me by a friend who knows I enjoy Christian suspense featuring current events. I'd just finished this thriller when what the Munsons wrote about was revealed as a recent dangerous weapon on the news! I can't wait to read their next release.

I found this book very hard to get into and very hard to believe. I felt no desire to keep turning the pages other than it's what I had to read.

Communication or lack of.. is reality based as are the plots and scenes.

The character's relationships and inner conflicts were deftly illustrated and blended well within the plot.

Vivid descriptions of the world travel make it real. However the vivid descriptions of the lack of personal time, privacy and home life, lack of sleep and everything the agents give up to protect the country, the world and those they love and the real story and make this a story to read more than once.

America, Africa, and the Middle East are woven together in the Diane and David Munson's web of international intrigue, danger, and exploits. Don't let the slower paced opening of Redeeming Liberty fool you, this novel is gearing up for full-throttle adventure, entwining the stories of Sudanese exiles with a federal parole officer and FBI and CIA operatives and their efforts to keep citizens safe, not only in the U.S. but around the world.

Will falsely accused Wally, a former "lost boy" from Sudan, be cleared of robbery charges? Will Liberty, his girlfriend who was kidnapped from their homeland, be found and freed or remain a slave? Can the terrorists' production of IEDs and even-more-deadly "disease" explosives be halted or at least stalled?

Join the wild ride behind the scenes as unsung heroes fight for their lives and those of the rest of the world. Romance and struggles with faith add depth to this suspenseful thriller. Several of the characters star in other books by the Munsons, but each novel stands firmly on its own. I recommend them.

This is the third of the Munson's books I read in three weeks. You find yourself so intrigued by the truth and suspense from this factional fiction, you will not want to put this down. The Munson's experience and research makes these books full of insider savvy and adventure. The characters of Eva, Griff, Bo and Pam are individuals committed to maintaining freedom in the United States.

These characters, all in various highly skilled security jobs winthin the United States government, are deeply concerned with indidividual personal rights and the protection against human trafficking around the globe. Also, we find a young man who is "A Lost Boy" from Sudan working diligently to gain his education and make a difference in our country. Redeeming Liberty weaves thru lives and makes the connection with the United States' need to have our nation protected from world-wide terrorists whose main goal is to cripple the United States permanently. The strings weave in and out much like a large spider web.

This web leads them to rescue a young Sudanese woman from a life of slavery. The web threads lead them to a most unlikely desitination.

Will they find Liberty? Where will they locate her, can they achieve their goal? Get the book. Plan your reading time and you won't put it down.

The makings of a great movie full of adventure that is clean and yet suspenseful.
