I came across these several years ago, but my girls weren't quite old enough. This year I can finally hand them the Discovery Series. The word Discovery is applicable, because I find these to be a great way for them to read and search for comprehension themselves. We spend a lot of time explaining things to them, but these books are a wonderful tool to place into their hands to begin learning to grasp God's Word in a independent realm.
