Enjoy all three of Susan Page Davis’s Wild West novels in one jumbo book. Gert Dooley organizes target practice for the women of Fergus, Idaho, but the shooting club soon becomes an integral part of solving a murder—and bringing the sheriff and Gert together. A string of mysterious events has the women trying to restore peace while coaxing Libby Adams and the shy gunsmith together. Vashti Edwards dream job as a stagecoach driver becomes especially dangerous when a band of robbers begins to attack the stagecoach line and threatens her chances with the town’s blacksmith.
Susan Page Davis is the author of more than fifty novels, in the romance, mystery, suspense, and historical romance genres. A Maine native, she now lives in western Kentucky with her husband, Jim, a retired news editor. They are the parents of six, and the grandparents of nine fantastic kids. She is a past winner of the Carol Award, the Will Rogers Medallion for Western Fiction, and the Inspirational Readers Choice Award. Susan was named Favorite Author of the Year in the 18th Annual Heartsong Awards. Visit her website at: www.susanpagedavis.com.

The little bit of mystery woven in makes them even more of a fun read. Susan did a great job and I'm glad I got to read all three books together. I also liked how even though each story was mainly about a different woman, the three stories included all of the characters in all three books. Thank you Susan, I would gladly recommend this book, these books, to other historical fiction readers.
Jved267Detroit, MIAge: 25-34Gender: female5 Stars Out Of 5June 7, 2012Jved267Detroit, MIAge: 25-34Gender: femaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I gane this book a five star rating only because it came as a part of a package deal. If I had bought the first book only, I would have been bummed that the romance is just beginning, even though the mystery is solved. These three books are intricately related as Trudy and Hiram are siblings, all the men are close friends and the women belong to the Ladies' Shooting Club (that Trudy starts). Murder, arson, and armed robbery are only a few of the serious crimes that Sheriff Ethan and the Ladies' Shooting Club work together to bring the culprits to justice.
On another note, I read a preview of the first Prairie Dreams novel in the back of this book, but then I was bummed to see that it (and the other two books in the series) were not available as ebooks. I would love to see the series as a 3in1, like this book.
