I bought this book for our MOPS summer Bible study. So far we are enjoying the study. I like the fact that it is easy to read and has all the extras included. It is just perfect for a light summer study.

This is a wonderful study. It does not just ask the expected questions, but challenges you to apply what is being studied to your life. The daily study is something a person can complete without too much effort or scheduled time. Great for individual or group study. A leaders manual would be helpful however.

I often find myself wondering how the lives of women in the Bible can relate to mine. In Glahn's newest addition to the Coffee Cup Bible Series, the life of Ruth is explored. Through the writer's in-depth research, I was able to see what things are culture related, and what truths are timeless and applicable in my life today. Premium Roast with Ruth brings to life God's goodness and provision in the life of a woman who was faithful in her willingness to put others' needs before her own comfort and security.
This study, as with the others in the Coffee Cup Bible Series, is conveniently formatted for use in any place, at any time. Glahn alternates between passages taken directly from Scripture, insightful commentary and anecdotes from her own experiences, and personal reflection opportunities for the reader, making this a perfect Bible Study choice for groups and individuals alike.
