    Tell us a little about yourself.  I'm a retired football coach after 44 years. I was the head football coach at the United States Air Force Academy for 23 years.

    What was your motivation behind this project?  My motivation behind the book was to remind us of our responsibility for our role model and the influence we can have on others. It is also to challenge us to consider what we want our legacy in life to be.

    What do you hope folks will gain from this project?  I hope this will challenge the readers to take an introspective look at his/her daily walk.

    How were you personally impacted by working on this project?   It made me realize even more the importance that coaching can have on young lives. We never know the seeds we sow or the influence we can have.

    Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists?  Coaches and teachers have greatly influenced my life. Passages from the the playbook of our Master Coach that show us the way to live life.

    Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know:  The thoughts of many wonderful players and coaches and their attitude about influence. Also, all proceeds from this book go to the Fisher DeBerry Foundation to help kids in single-parent families to have opportunities for life changing experiences.
