Excellent. This book gets to the heart of the issues and comes from a woman who has ran the race and counted the cost. I HIGHLY recommend it to ALL women!!!

My mom told me that this book was really really good. I gave it to her as a gift for Christmas this past year with the journal and she loved them. She told me to read it, but it's for girls. Everyone that I know that have read this book loved it, and then got it for someone else they knew.

Many devotionals/spritual growth/Christian living books sound great but really don't offer much meat. I can often fault them for poor division of the Word and even poorer application. There's a lot of outward change suggested without the Word working in you.Not so for "Pleasing God".The book is Biblical. And from the simple, naked truth of Scripture I was challenged with real heart-change. This is not about a simplified life - although that will be the end result. It's about a godly life. A real, true, Scripture-based, God-pleasing life.Kay herself is humble and sweet. It's easy to read this transcript of her talks on living with God in mind all of the time.
