In this third edition, readers will find material on the importance of healthy, biblical change in our churches, updated appendixes, insight on our postmodern ministry context, and strategies for reaching new population demographics such as Generations X and Y.
Pastors, ministry leaders, and church planters will find the information and advice found in this book invaluable as they carry out their ministries.
Q: Is this book a step by step type of formatt? I am at a church that is a replant. Our church has grown from 11 to about 30 in about 10 weeks. We have no building not much of anything as resources. We are renting a room in a facility that is limiting in all areas. I am looking for resources that can help give direction not a bunch of useless information that assumes we have a building or finances.
This book comes from the perspective that you either have not yet planted the church or are in the beginning stages of a church plant. It addresses everything from vision, to facilities, to finances, to staffing and much, much more. There are extensive sections on facilities and finaces, that do not presume you already have them.
