    Tell us a little about yourself.  I pastor a great church in North Carolina and have grown as the ministry has grown there. The past ten years have been an awesome journey to experience some major breakthroughs in my life as a Christian, a pastor, and leader in my community. I love people.....all kinds of people. I thank God for what He did in my life to set me free from the terrible clutch of prejudice. If you are a Christian...examine yourself and ask the Lord to show you if there is anything like this that is holding you back from all that God wants to do in your life.

    What was your motivation behind this project?  I wrote because anyone can pick up a copy written from an influential leader who leads the thousands. I wanted to help anyone in any ministry context. The majority of churches are pastored by leaders who are leading congregations of less than 100.

    What do you hope folks will gain from this project?  I hope that all readers will find the simple principles that God has shown me applicable to their lives. I hope this simple read will encourage.

    Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists?  My favorite authors are Chuck Swindoll, John Maxwell, Barbara Johnson, Max Lucado, and John Bevere.

    Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know:  I enjoy books that are practical and simple. I like to feel what the author feels as I read it.
