This is the BEST kid Pilgrims Progress video out there....It quotes the KJV Bible scriptures in it....just the way John Bunyan would have wanted it!! The power is in the quoted word of God!! Kids are drawn to it because of the Scripture quotes!! Keep this one in print until the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ!! Thank You CBD!!

It is a great learning tool for young children because of the length of the movie, and the discussion questions are a bonus. The message of salvation is truly evident. The DVD does not compare to reading the book. I would suggest reading the book and enjoy the journey.

Pilgrims Progress is a family heirloom of sortswe had the VHS version a million years ago which we viewed with our kids when they were littlemade fun of it and they resisted watching it several times; in a word, we affectionately describe it as goofy. The animation is quirky and primitive, yet occasionally capturing surprising realism, and the vocals are contrived, and, well, goofy. But there is nonetheless an appeal to it, obviously for the timeless Truths contained in it, the blaring practicalities of the Christian faith, the pitfalls of the pilgrims path to Christ, the blessings of obedience to the One Who is Worthy, and the joy of the faithful! Since we found it on DVD it has resurfaced in our family as a cherished heirloom of our familys history in Christ. Our family has formed its own little cult following of Pilgrims Progress. This animated work has great sentimental value to our family. Glory to the Most High God for this movie via John Bunyan, His faithful servant and fellow Pilgrim along the Path to God.
