Pilgrim Theology: Core Doctrines for Christian Disciples is a user-friendly and accessible abridgement of Michael Horton's 2011 award-winning The Christian Faith.
Distilling the most vital elements of Horton's philosophical, theological, and exegetical, Pilgrim Theology is designed specifically for students in a classroom setting or in small groups who are at the beginning of their study of theology. Horton leads readers in a preliminary exploration of theology in a distinctively "Reformed key" by reviewing the biblical passages that give rise to particular core doctrines and reviews how those doctrines have been articulated historically.

Pilgrim Theology is ideal for undergraduate students just beginning to wrestle with key theological themes. The book will fully introduce them to the core doctrines of the faith, but also wet their appetite for further philosophical, systematic, and historical discussions as they advance. The book is also excellent for small group leaders equipped with a theologically literate leader.
