Pilates Stability Ball, DVD 4 5 2 2

Perfect for an imperfect back! A few years ago, I had back surgery. Since then it has been very difficult to find any pilates workouts that I can do. Not only can I do most of the exercises in this video(some at the modified version) but the way she incorporates stretching throughout the video makes my back feel great! There are challenging exercises that hopefully with practice I will be able to do more of. Great workout!! January 4, 2012

At age 60 and trying Pilates for the first time the program is not the easiest. My balance isn't the greatest any way so I did have some difficulty keeping the ball in place. I will continue to modify the skills that I am able to do and perhaps I'll be able to improve.The scriptures are amazing and help me concentrate on the gift of life that God has given me.
