Well Researched and Documented Book
May 14, 2013
Way beyond my expectations as far as information goes. Well documented and thorough; typo's and grammatical errors are not frequent but they are noticable. But, the book had to be out before the pope resigned, because the book says that he would resign/die in 2012 as part of the prophecy. Good job, guys.
Great to finally be enlightened about the 'church' I grew up in and have all my questions answered so thoroughly. All the weird traditions that are so anti-bible are explained in depth, and I now have peace that my protestant mother who married a catholic, was right all along about her inability to accept the religion as bibically valid.
I must admit, the first quarter of the book is tedious and reads like fiction. I am skeptical of everyone who tries to tie down the second coming to a date. Not that PR tries to do this, but "2012" pops up frequently in the first few chapters. Also there are many typos and formatting errors.
That being said, once the book gets moving, PR presents lots of valuable information concerning major heresies in the Roman Church. Topics include the fraudulent foundations for the papacy, the worship of the Queen of Heaven, Mary, and the Reformation understanding of the office of the pope as the office of antichrist. If you can get through the first chapters you should find this book valuable.
