Julie's Daughters of Boston series has been absolutely wonderful. She's a very inspirational author. I love her books. Her characters in this series are very deep in their Christian standards or they have no standards.

this book is great! i am sure you will love it. julie has balanced greatly the passionate romance between a couple and a love relationship with God. after reading this book i have no doubt that you will be hooked!

I absolutely love this series. I cannot get enough of the O'Connor family! The characters are just wonderful and the pages fly by (I read this 450+ page novel within a week!). I still haven't decided if A Passion Denied is now my new favorite in the series or not. It is a strong contender for sure. I am very eager to read the continuing story lines of this family in Lessman's next series. It can't come soon enough!

This book is amazing! I love the series, it's so encouraging to read of others who struggle and overcome - I love how Julie Lessman encourages us to have a PASSION for GOD! Can't wait for the next book to be published!!

Julie Lessman NEVER disappoints, she only dazzles! This book was a wonderful, passionately written story about the power of LOVE- and how it truly can "cover a multitude of sin." In "A Passion Denied," Brady denies himself Beth and in turn denies Beth her heart’s desire... Brady! Guilt, shame, and condemnation are unforgiving, unrelenting strongholds that can certainly rob your peace and deny you the freedom to love and be loved. Julie shows you that the freedom you seek can ONLY be found in God's tender mercies, and that ONLY He can tear down those strongholds… if you let Him! You will learn, grow, and overcome right along with the characters. If you have read her first books in this series, ("A Passion Most Pure" and "A Passion Redeemed" -if you haven't, I recommend you read them first) you well know that Julie has an incredible gift of word imagery and doesn't just "tell" a story- she “shows” you, doesn't just “describe” emotions- she makes you “experience” them! And, BONUS- not only does this book have Beth and Brady's story but, you also get the continued stories of Patrick & Marcy, Collin & Faith, and Mitch & Charity! It sounds like a lot to keep track of, but Julie weaves it all together in such a smooth, uncomplicated, exciting, and brilliant way- that you'll be left wide eyed and slack jawed at her unrivaled abilities. I promise, you will LOVE her characters and wish you'd NEVER run out of pages to turn!!!

This book is truly an amazing love story. Julie Lessman has a way with words that makes you feel like you are in a movie! Her words make you feel like you are Beth O'Conner and you are feeling her emotions, her love for Brady and the hurt that she feels when he denies her. This book better yet this series is truly amazing and once you start reading you wont wanna stop so I suggest before you start reading you find a comfortable place to sit and relax.

You won't want to put it down it's so good. Be prepared for late nights and wanting to come home early just to read. The chemistry is amazing, the passion is exilirating. The title of the book fits perfect for the characters are all about their feelings and relationships with God. Brady is an amazing man that you will wish was your neighbor. And also this book is clean romance which is a bonus

This series and especially this book is one of the best books I have ever read. It has the romance and betrayal with twist and turns that will keeps you guessing. Anyone who enjoys romance or even historical should read this book. It tugs on your heart strings and makes you keep reading until the very last page. Two thumbs up!
