I have enjoyed this commentary so much. To have viewpoints of three of the greats in one book at your fingertips is very helpful. I have already bought another for a fellow minister. I would recommend this to anyone, minister or lay person, to enhance your studies.

The book is great for all intended purposes.. However, it is just to big and bulky.. It is very heavy and would have been much better in a paperback.

I absolutely love how the Parallel Commentary on the NT is situated on the pages, the 3 greats chosen is a wonderful combination and they compliment each other real well. I like how the related sermon of Charles Spurgeon appears next to the scripture.

But the book is a bit top heavy, the book is thick and hard to get to sit flat for bible study, at the risk of sounding nitpicky I would have loved for the volume to be bigger rather than so tall. But for those who like to hold the volume in your hands and read it is good for that, but even then still too thick.

My husband got me this book for my birthday, and I just received it today. I started to read, and instantly fell in love with it. This is a must have for anyone who has committed their lives to being a student of the Bible. I didn't even know this product existed, and I am so glad my husband took some time out of his day to search through several books to surprise me with this one :)

This volume is of immense value to any bible study need. Very well formatted, with slight font differences to differentiate between the trio, and a lovely text size, not too large nor too small. The pages are bound quite well and looks as if they will stand up to years of good use. Wesley's Arminian standpoint paired with Henry's Calvinist views are well complimented, and Spurgeon's sermons are indispensable.
