The Student Worktext for Reading 1 provides additional practice for each lesson in the curriculum. Fill-in-the-blank, gluing, multiple choices, word bank, matching, and other fun types of activities are included; pages are filled with full-color illustrations. 161 pages, softcover with detached glue binding; the binding is intentionally not attached to the glue spine for even easier removal of pages.

Six Student Reader Texts contain a variety of colorfully illustrated stories, poems, plays and articles. Focusing around child-friendly themes like music, animals, helping others, colors, treasures and more, these readers engage children with age-appropriate vocabulary and leveled stories. Books are softcover and range from 100-160 pages.

The Teacher's Guide includes reproduced student pages that have the correct answers overlaid for quick & easy grading. Semi-scripted lessons provide questions and answers for discussion, curriculum connections, worktext instructions, objectives, reader & worktext pages, materials needed, a scripted introduction, and vocabulary words.
