Olive Sprig Mezuzah
Mine came with a photo copied scroll written in Hebrew, (black ink,) and another piece of paper that described how to hang it along with the prayer one says for hanging it. The decorations on the mezuzah itself have a different texture than the rest of the mezuzah, which makes it stand out nicely. The olive branches is almost a hunter green/forest green color. (It matches our hunter green couch in our living room.) The shin is a blue color, in a similar depth of blue as the green olives. The back ground color is white, but it blends in well with our off white paint. It is very pretty! There is no back to the mezuzah to hold in the scroll, but there is a hollowed out area in the back, that seems to grasp onto the paper, to at least hold it in place till it is nailed to the door post. The rim of the back, (that will be touching the door post,) is un-glazed ceramic. The other side decorations on the front, look to be some kind of red flower bud on green vines. It came in a cheap plastic envelope/box, so if you give this as a gift, you might want to find a nicer box to put it all into. A very good product, especially for the price!

The mezuzah is beautiful. This one is to go onto a doorway leading into the kitchen. The only problem is that we didn't receive the scroll which was to be included. I purchased another one of these as well, and it also did not come with the scroll, but these were on backorder, so I presume they wanted to get these to me since we had waited quite some time. I knew this of course when I made the purchase, but these were the ones the wife wanted!
