Old Rugged Altar Set

Simple and elegant Appalachian hardwood altar set. Each piece is hand crafted by master artisans whose attention to detail is intended to glorify God. The central piece, the cross, is ornamented with hemp wrapped around the middle, has a three-tiered base and stands 24" tall. Proudly created by a manufacturer of brass and copier items since 1947 and exclusively dedicated to making churchware since 1965. Premium hardwoods are selected and treated to provide decades of lasting beauty, durability and ease of care.

The Appalachian Hardwood Region is the mountainous area including 12 mid-eastern states between western New York and northern Georgia, with an approximate boundary at 1,000 feet altitude. This mountain region is remarkable for its quality hardwoods. Each piece will differ slightly showing the natural beauty of the wood grain.

Candlesticks (1 Pair): 8 3/4" tall; 1 1/8" diameter candle socket; weight: 5 lbs. per pair (2.5 lbs each).
Vases (1 Pair): 9 3/4" tall; weight: 6 lbs. per pair.
Vase Liners (1 Pair): vase liners perfectly fit the vases.
Note: Tube candles and flowers are sold separately.
Care Instructions: Wipe brass with a soft cloth or wash in lukewarm water and dry immediately. Never use abrasive cleaners or polishes and never put into a dishwasher. Clean wood with a soft cloth only; do not use polishes.
