Got this edition of the Bible for my EfM class; terrific price. I can mark in it, which I would never do in any other Bible. Thus I now have notes right where I need them. So glad I got it.

Although the cover was different, the one I received is the newest edition. My only qualm was that the writing on the spine was a sort of double vision effect. I think it was most likely an error that occured during printing. Now, for the reasons I gave it a five:The font is perfect for my eyes--nice and crisp. There is no commentary. I wanted this translation w/out a liberal commentary. The apocrypha is divided into 4 parts. There is a concordance and maps. The cover is plain and has nothing trendy and distracting. It simply says "Holy Bible" in gold stamping. I'm very pleased with this Bible!
