I am a hopeless romantic so I love Pride and prejudice, Jane Eyre and so on and this movie fits right in there for me. It's Absolutely beautiful! I love it! But it's not just a girlie movie it's for men too. The story line flows wonderfully and the actors are fantastic! I cry when I watch it because it is so heartwarming and fills me with hope and faith! I Highly recommend it to everyone......including dudes! lol!
OH! PS I highly recommend The Grace Card and also Amazing Love with Sean Astin(who plays the faithful, loyal, and loving companion to Frodo, in the Lord of the Rings, Sam Wise Gamgee ) WOW! And If you like good clean, hilarious comedy pick ya up some Tim Hawkins! lol!! You'll be rolling!
Clearly presents the difference Jesus Christ makes

I was prompted to leave a review because of another viewer's summary statement, "unbiblical concept". I had to view the film several times to grasp the godly counsel that Jeff was given regarding his relationship with Heather. But as the truth came out that Jeff and Heather were still married because Jeff had not signed the divorce papers, this couple was advised and encouraged to remain together. Excellent film! I shared this film with a couple at my church who facilitate a marriage group. I am single and yet it spoke volumes to me about the difference (holy) that Jesus Christ makes in an individual's life. May I run to embrace this difference. Our God is holy and we are to be holy as He is holy.
This movie promotes an entirely unscriptural concept spoken through the pastor. He tells the man that he cannot remarry the man's (former) wife because she is not a believer. This belies the fact that scripture says they are married until death. The 'not marrying a non-believer' is supposed to be reserved for those who are not yet married. Since the Word says they are married until death, this is incorrect counsel. He should instead be encouraged to love the wife and allow her to return to him as the prodigal son was.
The concept of love and forgiveness and accepting a wayward spouse is a wonderful one. It is too bad that the message is inconsistent with scripture and causes confusion among those who will never read a Bible but rely on this movie for information.
