The Bible definitely has VERY LARGE print! It is larger and heavier than I expected. I had it embossed and personalized, which turned out beautiful. I purchased the Bible for my mother who was pleased with the gift.
While searching for a NKJV Bible for my wife I was glad to find an 18pt type setting. However, as I looked at it I found a terrible mistake. The text is in 18 point, but the verse numbers are very small. Worse than that the verses are in paragraph form instead of being listed by verse at the margin. The result is a very large print Bible that is formatted in such a way that someone who needs the large print cannot easily find the verses. It seems obvious to me that this Bible was planned, formatted, and published by someone who is not familiar with the needs of the vision impaired. The KJV version does not have this problem, why can't this version be formatted in a similar way? Perhaps they will. Thank you.
