Makes a great gift This is a wonderful gift for someone who spends alot of time in their car or prefers to listen to something rather than read. It is very well put together and the price is fantastic. We are very pleased and even our boys like to listen to them. So they digest God's Word like when they listen to music. essential This set is a wonderful and essential thing to have in my life. Listening to it, you get away from the "one verse here and one verse there" type of faith. You can get in touch with the flow and continuity of the WHOLE message of the Bible. You can see the Bible as WHOLE stories and WHOLE letters not just sentences to memorize. The actors are very good and I like that a read-along NKJV is included. I would like to have a more durable case for it - this one is just paperboard. December 31, 2012

Amazing, amazing product!!!! When I first received this item I was very excited. However, I got it quite badly damaged. But, I wasn't gonna make a big deal about it as long as the CDs worked. They didn't . . . They started skipping on the first disc. So, I called CBD customer service and she was very nice and sent me a new set immediately. Although this set isn't in perfect condition (the box they shipped it in was like a truck compared to the small set), as far as I know, the CDs are working well. Now, to the review of the item. I absolutely loved this set! Revelation is astonishing and makes me feel right in the midst of everything and the gospels are stunning. I don't really like Jim's "weak" voice but, if you close your eyes it sounds almost like the Word of God is being spoken directly to you. I have never felt the Bible like this before! I give the customer service of CBD 5/5 and this product 10/5! Loved this product! December 10, 2012
