Hearing God's word read aloud brings it to life. Max McLean has a wonderful way of reading that brings the Word of God to life. You can picture Jesus speaking to his discipes as you hear it read with inflections and drama. I am enjoying listening. March 25, 2012

Excellent product This was a Christmas gift to my husband who loves the Bible and listening to Max MacLean's voice on the radio. It is an excellent tool for Bible study,almost wherever you are. We'll get the OT next time. January 13, 2012

I just got the cd's and they are everything I wanted. I ride in my truck alot and I'm not a big reader, ( I know how to read but don't like to for long periods). So when I saw these cd's I thought, why not listen to the "Word of God" in my truck. I really like Max's voice and the light music in the back ground. It's just a little thing but it (the music) adds so much! I can now, not only listen to the New testament but I can listen to the Psalms and Proverbs too. A Big Plus! December 31, 2010

This is an excellent audio bible. Max McLean has a wonderful voice and his narrative style has helped me hear and contemplate parts of scripture I might otherwise have missed. I highly recommend this CD set. July 30, 2009
