Having the Bible in chronological order makes reading more like a story creating an easier way to retain the history. I plan on purchasing more for Christmas presents.

The NIV Daily bible in Chronological Order really brings the Bible to life. Also by have it organized into 365 readings it has added to my daily devotions in a very meaningful way.

I joined the "Sailingthru Scripture" FaceBook page and they use this Bible for the daily reading schedule. I love it. Then after we read the days reading, we post our WOWs and QUESTIONs, get to see what others are commenting on and we can even comment on their comments. This is really cool and positive. They also monitor those that post disrespectful statements to contributors and delete them as "friends." Buy this Bible and join "Sailingthru Scripture."

I was a little disappointed with the layout of the book. The extra info on each day is something I want or even read when using the book.

I purchased this Bible for a friend who said she was having trouble reading other Bibles. I have had this Bible for some years now and it is the only Bible I have read entirely. In fact, I am on my third time around. This is an excellent tool for "baby" Christians because of its story form and is not repetative as your normal Bible is. My friend saw my Bible and was so intrested in it I had to buy her one. She only reads on a third grade level and is very satisfied with reading this form of the Word.
Thank you for still carrying it as I had tried several bookstores and could not purchase it. In fact, I went out to Amazon.com to see if I could buy one from there when I saw you web site listed and decided to try you store.
As my SS check and the economy allow I intend to purchase more items from you.
May God richly bless you for the service you are giving to Christians every where.

I recommend everyone buy this Bible even if you have a Bible. It does not have to be read in 365 days but is a GREAT way to read the Bible, something most always intend to do. Being chronological it clears so many confusing chapters that repeat themselves and often skipping back and forth in time. Even the New Testament is a great help to have all the Chapters speaking at the same time spot together without a word left out.
This is proper for older children as well as seasoned ministers. I am from a large church and my ministers enjoy it supplanting their regular study Bibles. This is a gift I often give. I have taught over 20 years, plus lead support groups, it excites studentts to finally understand the Bible better, including me. Thank you LaGard Smith

This Bible is even better than described.Reading the Bible chronologically and the commentary has given me more understanding of the people, places and culture of the Bible than reading the typical Bible. And as with all Bibles, every time you read through God's word you learn something new. I've been reading God's word daily for over 30 years and I'm still learning.Praise the Lord for His greatness and goodness to us !
