Great resource for those in search of broadening understanding of the Bible without being too acedemic. The notes provide context for the scriptures and often reveal truths and applications that I was unaware of. This allows me to make connections with other scriptures. The NIV is an easy read and it speaks to me in a way that results in understanding.

Bought this bible as a christmas gift for my daughter. I had her name engraved and she loves it. The application note are very helpful.

Study Bibles are a wonderful tool when deeply studying God's Word. I already had a NIV Life Application Bible and I purchased this one for my husband for Christmas. Now we can discuss all aspects of the Bible the interpretation of the Word is what really helps me. It's speaks to you in plain language.
