Fantastic I'm an adult that often has trouble falling to sleep because I can't stop thinking about all the things I have to do tomorrow. I saw this CD advertised for children several years ago, but never got around to purchasing it. I've thought about it often, because I had heard a sample of it and it sounded like a wonderful idea. Other reviews I had read said that people had bought it for their children and often found themselves drifting off to sleep while they listened with their children. I had trouble finding it, but was delighted to see that a company that I trusted had it. I ordered it right away. This CD is fantastic. It's geared primarily towards children, to give them a sweet, innocent and peaceful sleep. However, it's a wonderful, safe tape for any age to enjoy. Jim is blessed with a voice that is soft and melodic. The visualizations are incredible. "In this quiet, green forest, you stand at the edge and breathe in and you can smell that refreshing smell of pine trees." I found myself smiling softly at the descriptions of wind chimes in fruit trees and the soft rustling of leaves. The best part is, the recording takes you back to a very innocent time. It's precious and I hope it stays available for a long time. I'd recommend this to anyone of any age who is in need of a peaceful rest. Thank you so much Christian Book for offering this (now) hard to find item! I'm so happy with it! There is also a second one called "Sweet Dreams" that Christian Book also carries.
