I actually bought this CD as a replacement for the one my dog ate! No kidding! My husband and I both loved the original CD... apparently, so did our dog. Anyway... I was so happy to get a replacement. We love Newsong. We've attended the WinterJam events and would have to say that Newsong is our favorite contemporary Christian group.

This cd was ok. Life in My Day was great as was He Did What I Couldn't Do. But, this cd wasn't quite as good as other stuff Newsong has done. I was a little disappointed.

WOW!!! I can't stop playing this CD!!! I have been a fan of Newsong since their early (vinyl) days. This project is awesome!!! My personal favorite track is "Cherish". This project will make you smile, shed a tear, but will definitely minister to you.

I bought this CD with anticipation of getting yet another great performance from NewSong -- and I got just that, for the most part. The first single, "Life In My Day," is fantastic. I love the beat and the message. Other great tracks included on the album include "Emmaus Love," "He Did What I Couldn't Do," and the duet with Natalie Grant, "When God Made You." The CD does lack something to it, however. The upbeat/slow balance is slightly leaning more to the slow side. If NewSong, perhaps, added a few additional upbeat tracks, the CD would have been perfect.

Newsong Rocks, their latest album looks like it can match the great stuff from Sheltering Tree. The song More Life in my Day is awesome!!! Way to go, Newsong!!!
