It is even better than the book because you can hear Chantell's voice encouraging you to make the right decisions. I have lost 100 pounds, and my husband lost 90 pounds, after listening to and applying the principles from Chantell Hobbs. I have recommended this audio version of the book to many people. I still have 50 pounds to lose, so I am still on the program today, and excited because I know how to lose what I need to lose, and keep it off!
