End the diet drama once and for all! What’s the secret that helped Chantel Hobbs lose 200 pounds? If you want to lose weight for good, learn a secret from Chantel Hobbs. “I was tired of hearing ‘you have such a pretty face,’ which we all know is code for ‘but the rest of you needs help.’” Chantel Hobbs lost two hundred pounds without the help of surgery, pills, point systems, or a trendy diet. And just as important, she kept the weight off. Her dramatic turnaround began with five decisions—personal, no-excuses commitments that kept her from losing sight of her goals. It worked for Chantel and it will work for you. Whether you want to lose fifteen pounds, fifty, or one hundred fifty, Chantel will show you how to change your brain so you can change your body. And once you unconditionally change your mind, your body will follow. Your life will never be the same.
Chantel Hobbs was twenty-nine years old and weighed nearly three hundred fifty pounds when she reached a point of desperation. Her decision to change her life in early 2001 led to her development of a nutrition, exercise, and motivation program that resulted in the loss of two hundred pounds. Her inspiring story has been featured on Oprah, Good Morning America, Entertainment Tonight, the Bravo Network, and as a cover story in People. Chantel ran her first marathon in 2005 and has run several more since. She is a certified spinning instructor, a personal trainer, and a running coach. A frequent motivational speaker, Chantel’s no-nonsense approach to weight loss and fitness has won her a grateful following nationwide, and she keeps her fans committed to healthy living through her newsletters and Web advice at www.chantelhobbs.com. Chantel lives in Coral Springs, Florida, with her husband and their four children.
Mary Lauritzen5 Stars Out Of 5August 30, 2010Mary LauritzenThis is the best weight-loss tool I have found. It is even better than the book because you can hear Chantell's voice encouraging you to make the right decisions. I have lost 100 pounds, and my husband lost 90 pounds, after listening to and applying the principles from Chantell Hobbs. I have recommended this audio version of the book to many people. I still have 50 pounds to lose, so I am still on the program today, and excited because I know how to lose what I need to lose, and keep it off!
