Tell us a little about yourself. I'm an over caffeinated mom of three kids who shares life transparently. As a Nebraska favorite encouragar, I can be found inspiring moms to laugh at their mommy mayhem moments and find God in the midst of motherhood.
What was your motivation behind this project? I wrote Mama Needs A Time Out because we often forget that our souls need nurturing just as much as our kids do. Plus how many other moms are transparent with what they are struggling with in the domestics daily duties of motherhood? I share transparently so you as a mom don't feel alone and to show you how to find God in the trenches of motherhood.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? I hope each mom walks away from each chapter discovering something new about the names of God and they feel connected, understood, inspired, and encouraged.
How were you personally impacted by working on this project? I started this project fully intending to learn more about God's character through the various names in the Bible. What I discovered is how real and tangible he is. He wants moms to know he is there and cares about all that we do every single day.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? The Bible, Julie Barnhill, Joyce Myers and Beth Moore.
