This is a beautiful movie. While not 100% chronologically correct according to the Bible in two places, it's beauty and accurate cultural settings make this movie well worth while. . . especially at this price. Remember, this is the story of the Nativity.

The movie of the Nativity is wonderful. I thought it to be very bibically correct and the cinematography was great!

I saw the movie last year, and watched right away when we got it.All my teenagers like it also. Made the life of Mary and Joseph real people.

I'm sorry - but this movie is simply not appropriate for family viewing. Unwed pregnant teenager in an arranged marriage?! There is very little left to say concerning a story that should never have been successful from the support of Christians. How do believers accept false teachings? Some are so gullible it's easy to see why we have abortion and homosexuality in our nation. We expect New Age stuff in Europe on the level of this story, but it's sad to see it filtering into the US Christian market.

I enjoyed the movie but I am questioning some content. Maybe I need to serch a little deeper in the word to find what I question as being true to biblical account. I don't recall reading about Herod killing men who could be the possible one to have such influence over the people to declare that he is the king they have been waiting for as spoken by the prophets. I get the impression that the wise men in the movie seem to deside on their own not to return to Herod..instead of being warned by God in a dream. Beside afew flaws the movie is one that you will enjoy. I know that when it came out I wanted to purchase the movie but the price was too much. Thank you Christian Book for your once again bargian prices.
