This is such a powerful song. I sang it at church on the Sunday that was dedicated to the "right to life day". It touched many women there.

This was a very nice version of Held by Natalie Grant. The music was almost spot on to the original. I also like the fact that this is one of the very few track versions that offer the accompaniment in 3 separate keys (High, Med, Low) with and without background vocals. It's rare to find that offered. Very nice music and high quality sound. I'm very pleased with this selection.

I have always loved the words and music of Held, but today as I heard it played on the radio as we digested the facts from the tragedy at Virginia Tech, I really knew the power of this song, and why God gave it to us through Natalie. This IS what it means to be held..........

The first time I heard Held was about a month after my youngest child was killed in a small plane crash in the Wyoming Rockies. Since I have known the all-encompassing love of our Savior for the past 23 years, I instantly gasped at the beauty of the lyrics so perfectly entwined with the musical score. Immediately, I grabbed onto Natalie's message that she must have pulled down from the heavens, because I knew the power of them in my own life. I would like to know more of the history of how the song went from Heaven to airways, if I could.
