I purchased one of these nails several years ago. I use a crown of thorns and the nail to help 4th-grade students realize Christ's suffering. A fellow teacher asked about getting one. I've been watching this site to have them in stock. I bought enough for each of our Weekday Religious Education teachers. I'm looking forward to giving them their nails this Christmas so they will have them for the spring.
Great item. Gave it to my son for Christmas. He used it at school when it was his turn to give a devotional reading. Other children amazed at the length of the nail that was used on Jesus. Reading about it, is not the same as being able to touch and feel it.
These particular items, the crucifixion nail replicas were very effective during my Sunday morning presentation. The sound of the metal on the floor made quite an impression. Although, they were not the original nails, they are made out of steel and one only need use his or her imagination to visualize what happened when Jesus was nailed to the cross. Thank you . . .
