Awesome curriculum. Easy to follow, easy to teach and easy to apply to various grade levels. I also benefitted from the list of extra activities offered within.

I have only just started using this book. I find it to be a bit better than MOH I, except for one major flaw: there is no pronunciation guide included. MOH I came with a guide, so I assumed the second book would as well. Now I can't help but wonder if this was intentional, since the author sells a $50 CD to accompany the book! The author gives pronunciations for some of the names in the book, but it seems quite random, unless perhaps I am the only homeschool mom who doesn't speak Chinese?

MOH Volume II, The Early Church and the Middle Ages, is a great pick for our home school. It is easy to use with multiple ages, has a great reading list, and we enjoy the extra learning activities. We use it along with the Resurrection to Revolution Timeline Packet, and this year are adding the History Folderbook CDROM from Bright Ideas Press. Any lessons I feel we need a little extra reading on, we use the local library or internet to do research. Definitely recommend for early elementary students.

We love MOH. We are very happy with it. We use it for our 6 and 8 year old boys. Some of it goes beyond there understanding, but they take what they can, and enjoy it. I love that there are age appropriate activities for 3 age groups.

I'm so tired of getting homeschool materials printed with black and white pictures and text and onion skin paper. The description should clearly state that these are NOT textbooks, but rather black and white workbooks. Very disappointing.
