Me, Myself & I Am: A Unique Question and Answer Book--The Story of You & God
This book helps you learn more about yourself and how you relate to God through your faith. I really like how it was set up like a workbook--very user friendly.

Me, Myself and I AM helps readers to establish a written time capsule. Taking the form of a workbook for adults, checklists, fill in the blanks, yes/no/maybe, rate on a scale and long answer sections are presented covering a wide array of questions concerning life, belief, past, present and future. Questions concerning your theology, history, goals, hypothetical situations, personal preferences and a hodgepodge of other questions make up the baseline for your own personal time capsule. The mood of the inquiries ranges from dead-serious to light-hearted fun.Even lighthearted questions can trigger lengthy introspective pondering if that is where God chooses to place His finger. Other areas will prompt your heartfelt prayers and examination as God leads.Rather than being a straightforward, back to front, checkmark when youre done format,Me, Myself and I AM encourages a looser, free-flowing approach to working together with the book. You can start at the front, the back or flip through randomly. Likewise you can enter into prayer during your reflections, fill in just the basics or use the questions as prompts for in-depth journaling. This titles value is not merely in filling in all of the blanks to establish a baseline for who you are at a specific point in time rather there are riches to be found in the process itself. Me, Myself and I AM seems deceptively simple, but when read prayerfully you can expect God to speak to you through the gentle queries and prompts.Pick up a copy and work through it. Fast or slow depending upon Gods leading you might sail through in a matter of days or spend several weeks in contemplation. What you wont want to do is shelf the book once youve completed it. Make a note in your long-term planner to pick it up again in one year, five years, ten. Better yet purchase multiple copies so that you can re-examine yourself at these time posts as you grow in God.

This is a journal with space provided for you to write answers to questions that range from silly to profound. When you fill out your answers, this journal becomes a guide to your own Christian growth in the future, a chronicle of your path thus far, and a lovely way to share rather deeply with family members, who you are and where you have been.In daily conversations many of these talking points never arise, so this goes deeper to revealing what is important to you, and any wisdom you have learned can be shared here. Prejudices and Hidden in My Heart give you a chance to reflect, and an opportunity to change and improve.Open up this book to any page and find a question that intrigues you. I found Miracle of Miracles, Sticky Notes: Re My Funeral, and Ooops! right for me, and there are 50 questions included, so you will find some or all helpful as thinking points. The classic question is If your life before you became a Christian was a movie, which movie would it be?They always offer some choices or you can be wildly creative, and answers they offer include Animal House, The Big Sleep and Heaven Can Wait.In Good Words you can note what the Bible means to you and check off as many suggested answers as apply. Potential answers include the Bible is like: a comforting blanket, a mystery, a flashlight in the dark, a guilt trip, and many more options.
