This Bible is an excellent choice for babies first Bible, or as a Bible for a child who is learning to read. There are 66 stories to represent the 66 books of the Bible and each story fits on 2 pages that are colorfully illustrated. The terminology is simple and easy for a child to comprehend and the adorable illustrations and colors keep your child looking at the page!I highly recommend this story Bible!

I think the stories are great and while they are short they are great for bedtime and for conversation starters! They are sweet and simple nothing scary. Each story ends with the bible passage you can find the full story. If you are looking for a simple book with some of the well known as well as some of the lesser known stories this would be a great starter book, bedtome book! I think this would be a great gift for new parents or for a Baptism gift. I will definatley keep this in mind when I need a bible story book to give as a gift.

Tyndale Kids is providing parents with a new storybook, perfect for reading at bedtime (or anytime), that will draw readers young and old closer to one anotherand to Jesus. My Bible Story written by Jan Godfret and Paola Bertolini Grudina, is a beautiful book with bible stories for young children. It has 66 favorites, with beautiful illustrations. Its repetitive style helps children remember the information. I really liked how it kept the stories in order, so the people they were talking about would move from one story to the next. I like that the stories are short, yet you can read a few at a time. The illustrations were very colorful and cute. They went along with the stories very well. I think this is a great one to share and help your children learn about the scriptures. I think this one is suited for children 3-7 years old. I think the older of that range would get the most from this book.

My niece really enjoys this book she loves hearing the Bible stories, and looking at the colorful art work. She especially enjoys the colorful art work, at times she flips through the pages just to look at the "pretty pictures". Her mom enjoys this book as well, because it helps her to explain God's Word in way that children understand and enjoy. If your looking for a Christian Children's Book this would be a good choice.
