Mission America has brought together denominations from across the country and the directors of influential ministries to see this goal accomplished. With a forward by Luis Palau, each of these thirty-five chapters is authored by a leader in his or her respective field, including David Mains, Shaunti Feldhahn, and Bill McCartney. Every area of outreach is explored, giving the reader the practical resources for realizing the goal of Christ-centered communities by the beginning of the new millennium.

Tell us a little about yourself. I grew up in a family of nine, and have a very close relationship with my family. They truly have been an amazing source of strength and encouragement. After graduating, I worked as an optician for about two and a half years, along with working at a Christian summer camp, and being involved with many different ministries. I've worked as an art teacher's aid, and most recently have been writing full-time, and helping to start a new church based completly on the Bible and following New Testament principles. Life is never dull, when you're living it for the Lord!
What was your motivation behind this project? I have really felt strongly that it is so hard tday to find good quality Christian reading for kids, especialy home schooled kids. I feel that instead of becoming frustrated with that fact, that I should do something about it.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? I hope that kids will see that to be a Christian is the best thing you can be. It's not about being a goody two shoes, but being strong enough to take a stand, and puting your trust in the Lord, letting Him be the number one thing in life.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? One of my main influences are my family, the brothers I grew up with, and shared many adventures with, and most importent of all learned more about the Lord Jesus with. Much of my inspiration comes from real life experiences, and from God's word itself. Some Authors I really have a great respect and admiration for are Patricia St. John, Betty Swinford, and Jerri Massi. There are many more, but the main thing is I want to show kids, how great it is to be a Christian.
Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: I think that there's a lot of kids out there who really want to live for Christ, and to stand up for what they belive in, but it's incredibly dificult in today's high pressure world, and I want to encourage those kids who are serious about the Lord to keep it up and to stand strong despite the opposition.
