It is an excellent workout for developing flexibility, strength, and balance, things we often neglect or don't realize we are missing. I have used it as a warm up to my aerobic workouts and have been happy with the results.

Recently diagnosed with MS, this is one of the few workouts I can do without feeling ill afterward. This workout keeps me focused on the real "MS" (My Savior) rather than the frustrating "MS" (multiple sclerosis) that threatens to limit my preferred daily activities.

I did like the part where they quoted scripture along with the exercise, otherwise there was too much talking to suit me. I need a source with more exercise moves! I will not purchase any more of these.

If you do the warm up and cool down, it is longer than 20 minutes. I gave this one to my mother in her 70s and she enjoys it. This one would be good for activity directors in nursing homes/rehab centers for stretching to strengthen circulation.
