Moves rapidly and keeps your attention, a real nail bitter to the end.

Had never heard of Chuck Holton. Bought the three-book series to read on vacation. The reading experience was wonderful. Holton did not simply put a Christian challenge or two in the mix...he wove personalities and action packed adventure with Christian and non-Christian men and women working together. I enjoyed all three books...and yes, Meltdown was an excellent conclusion to the entire series. Certainly look forward to Holton's next books.

Nonstop action from start to finish! My husband and I have loved this series, and sure hope it's not finished.

a good story and a nail-biter again. I enjoy Chuck's ability to have God involved in peoples' realities in a plausible, respectful way.

This third book I didn't read. Just like the two previous ones, I gobbled it up, devoured it, whatever. Wow!The other reviewer called the ending "frightening", I would say all three books are frightening in the entire plots, not just the ending. Though finding an honorable character go off the rails like ...did (Ain't telling!)hightens that factor. This whole series is much too close to reality and I am glad to have a Sure Hope through Christ. Or my heart and mind would already be in the setting of Revelation. Chernobyl has scared me since it happened and continues to do so to this day. I only hope that the book's scenes are just that: A writer's story. I also hope that Mr. Holton can write more books, and soon, even if not necessarily in the Valor series. My reason for not giving this the whole five stars is some language concern. I despise euphemistic cussing (heck, darn, etc.) mainly because the Bible condemns it.A super wordsmith like Mr. Holton can imply it for the non-Christian book character and make the reader think of whatever the reader's own brain supplies.
