TeriHolly, MIAge: 45-54Gender: female5 Stars Out Of 5November 5, 2008TeriHolly, MIAge: 45-54Gender: femaleI wish I could rate this 10 stars. If you are serious about your walk and you are interested in being transformed more and more into Christ's image - this study is for you. FYI - The story behind the study is that a missionary and his wife experienced the Indonesian Revival in which over two million people were baptized in six years. The author did not believe in discipleship through a book, but understandably they had to do something in addition to one on one mentoring to disciple over two million people. This study is a result of that work. WOW!
Jane Taylor5 Stars Out Of 5February 21, 2008Jane TaylorI was introduced to this book by my pastor who required that the members of the church attend classes to study these four different discipleship books. These books, which were separate at that time, were truly eyeopening. This set of books, especially The Disciple's Cross and The Disciple's Personality, had such an impact on me that I really believe that it was a turning point in my spiritual life. They removed confusion as to what real discipleship is and gave clear direction as to how to achieve discipleship. It is a lifetime journey but these books clearly marked the beginning of that journey.
