Spend some time and read before you teach. But my son is loving this math book.

I give this math curriculum 5 stars because it is very child friendly with LOTS of simple hands-on activities (using everyday items and/or paper cut-outs provided in the book) to reinforce concepts, rather than a lot of drill. My daughter is 5 years old, and she LOVES this math book. Last year, for k-garten, we used a more traditional type of math book, and she was NOT enthusiastic about math then. This year, it's completely different. She almost always asks if she can do her math book first because she loves the lessons and hands-on learning. Many days she asks to do more than one lesson because she's so excited about doing math now. I highly recommend this math curriculum! We are very pleased with it.
