A pastor's son born in Toledo, Ohio, he graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary and received his doctorate from Cedarville College. David and his wife, Donna, have four children and ten grandchildren, and live in San Diego.

A wonderful book. I heard Dr. Jeremiah give talks on this book, so I already knew when I ordered it that it is great. I ordered one for a gift, also, & when I finish it I will pass it on to someone. January 9, 2013

Dr. Jeremiah's best! After reading this, I purchased four copies for Christmas gifts. As relating to ALL people in general, I believe it is Dr. Jermiah's best ever, and I have read all his major works, and more...I have known and experienced God's love for over sixty years, and had not yet read such a completetely comprehensive, deeply stirring account of that love - for ALL! And yet so easily understood in Dr. Jeremiah's wonderful weaving of stories and scripture; it falls into that "simply profound" category. It is the best you can give or receive as a gift for life, to both believer and unbeliever. January 4, 2013

You really need to read this book! Wow what a great book! Feeling alone or not loved as much as you want? You can learn so much from this book! The author, David Jeremiah is a preacher in a church in California. He does have a television program but this book proves that he is also a great author! He writes in a very loving manner. The book flows well and is easy to read and understand. I liked the references and stories and thought they went perfect with the point he was trying to get across to the reader. I gave this book 5/5 stars. I liked the concept of the book and thought it was well written. You will put the book down with a better understanding of GodÃ¢ÂÂs love and how unconditional it really is! Understanding GodÃ¢ÂÂs love will help you when you do feel alone or donÃ¢ÂÂt feel loved by those close to you. This is a must read for all Christians! I would like to thank NetGalley and the publisher for the copy of this book I enjoyed reading. I gave an honest review based on my opinion of what I read. November 16, 2012

Pleasantly Surprised I am pleasantly surprised by this book. Rather than being a spirit-filled book, it is more of an intellectual journey, through a writer's mind and indeed life. Interesting and thoroughly readable, material. As I read it, I am bombarded with thoughts from The Sovereign God and I take notes as instructed by Him. Thanks and best prayers to Christianbook Distributors for their kindnesses and spiritual guidance. In my every purchase, I am amazed at the professionalism of the staff, they are to be commended.
