I Love You More, DVD and Leader's Guide
This is leaving me feeling like I got ripped off.
First, got my product in record time, thanks!
I have taught many programs, however lets talk about the overall product. I get a DVD and what somebody calls a Leaders Guide. The "guide" instructs to do intro, but you need the workbook as well, then video, included, then Group Discovery with questions from the, you got it, the WORKBOOK. Then couples discuss amongst themselves. Lack is not words to describe the pitiful excuse for a Leader's Manual. If both my husband and I need separate books in order to lead a discussion, why charge so much for a DVD and tiny non-informational leaders guide?

We shared this with our marriage enrichment ministry at our church and everyone was blessed by it.

I was extremely excited when I found a 6 session DVD and study that was to be used to strengthen the marriages in the church where I am the Pastor. However, that excitement soon turned to disappointment when I began reviewing the book, workbooks, and DVD. Much to my surprise, I found it was seriously lacking Scripture even though there were numerous French proverbs, famous quotes, etc... I was unable to discover anything more than a passing reference to God in the first 2 sessions of the DVD. Although I did not read all of the workbooks for men and women or the book in its entirety, a thorough review of these materials came up empty. I was unable to find a single Scripture reference! Had this material been coupled with Scripture, this review may have been totally different. If you are looking for a study backed up with the powerful Word of God you might want to look elsewhere.

I am excited to use these materials with our small group at church. The DVD, book and workbooks are full of practical tools to help strengthen your marriage. I highly recommend these resources.
