I love this book. You must read 1 and 3 as well. I was so excited to read about Beth and Nick. The story is a picture of love enduring the hard times.

Beth Gallatin is a hopeless romantic who enjoys spending her free time wrapped up in the plot of a good romance novel. In the books she reads, every conflict seems easily solved; however, she finds her real-life problems overwhelming. The man she loves has a secret that can jeopardize their relationship and their future. Worse, hes contemplating moving her away from Gallatin Square, her sisters, and the stability she craves.A Love to Last Forever tells Beth Gallatins story, but also the story of the many well-developed secondary characters of Gallatin Square. I think reading about the other Gallatin sisters and the townspeople helped to keep this story interesting and the pages turning. Beths head-in- the-clouds mentality would have grated on my nerves after while, especially when she kept referencing how a character from her favorite book would have reacted in situations similar to hers.Im looking forward to reading A Dream to Call My Own, Book 3which features my favorite Gallatin sister, Lacy. She has unfinished business to settle surrounding her fathers death. Book 3 is sure to be full of mystery, action, and adventure.

Beth Gallatin believes that she can find answers to her questions about love in the pages of dime novels. She is still feeling guilty over the relief she felt when her father passed away. When Beth turns the the only book to hold the answers she seeks she finds true love and the forgiveness she needs.Absolutely wonderful book by Tracie Peterson as always.
