BibleanneAge: 55-65Gender: female5 Stars Out Of 5Amazingly accurate.November 29, 2014BibleanneAge: 55-65Gender: femaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5The book is about one woman's journey to wholeness and the areas in life that can be affected by childhood trauma. As a victim of childhood abuse myself, many of the thoughts and feelings of the main character I shared and am still working through. If you have been through similar issues, this book may trigger some memories or feelings. If you have never sought help for this, seek it immediately. Don't wait. There is no shame in asking for help. The Bible talks about the benefits of seeking wise counsel.
The writing is good; kept me reading straight through. Characters are dealt with honestly and with compassion. This is an excellent book and I would highly recommend it; particularly for someone who has childhood abuse in their background.
