Our small group really appreciates the book and then the presentation by the bishop followed by the group discussion. the language is very understandable without deep theological terms.

Along with the Handbook this is the best guide and introduction I've come across as a pastor.

This is a well written historical summary of the Bible. It is very interesting, understandable, and convincing. It will give the skeptic something to think about and the believer something to shout about! I couldn't put it down until I had finished the whole book.
