Author Bio

HOWARD HENDRICKS (B.A., Wheaton College; Th.M., Dallas Theological Seminary; D.D., Wheaton College) is a distinguished professor, lecturer, and Chairman of the Center for Christian Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary. He is the author of numerous books including Living by the Book. His work has been widely published in various periodicals such as Decision, Moody, and Christianity Today. He and his wife, Jeanne, have three grown children.

WILLIAM D. HENDRICKS (A.B., Harvard University; M.A., Boston University; M.A., Dallas Theological Seminary) is president of The Hendricks Group, a Dallas-based company that champions the phenomenon of giftedness and its best use by individuals, teams, and organizations. Bill is the author or co-author of numerous books, including The Light That Never Dies: A Story of Hope in the Shadows of Grief, The Power of Uniqueness, Your Work Matters to God, and Living By the Book. His writings have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, The Dallas Morning News, Christianity Today and numerous other publications. He is the proud father of three daughters by his late wife, Nancy.
