So many movies out there are not fit to watch. We all enjoyed seeing this one. The message was good for children to hear. God expects us to care about the poor, lonely etc.
The future for the Christan church depends on God's command to show justice, mercy and walk humbly with him.
Also, it showed how families have to work together and trust one another and not go doing things without thinking them through first.
Cynthia3 Stars Out Of 5Little Red Wagon movieJuly 29, 2015CynthiaQuality: 0Value: 0Meets Expectations: 0Although the production values are good, the overall story lifts up the power of humanism--the power and talents of one dedicated young boy. Yes, he wanted to help others in need, and that is commendable. But he made plans without his mother's consent and those plans heightened the tensions between the mother and her older teenage daughter. The boy's plans came first without finding a solution to the teen girl's legitimate emotional needs also. The movie does a good job of showing through a secondary storyline how solid citizens, a young widow and her son in this case, can end up homeless and how slippery the slope is to get out of that painful dilemma. It is worth seeing the movie, but we aware of the unlying emphasis on "good works" over faith-fueled actions.

It was, however, a good reminder for parents to be open to allowing their children to be able to spread their wings in ways we may not always think of and to remove the limits we often set as adults, while supporting their unique giftings.
