Little Angels Bible Storybook
I love the padded cover, the colors, the illustrations are fun too. This is all around a great little Bible storybook with activities and interaction already planned in including a prayer to possibly memorize.
WeâÂÂre not much for TV so I came into this Bible Storybook not having seen the Little Angels TV show, but after spending time with this darling cast of Angels on paper IâÂÂm sure the show would be darling as well. It starts with a character glossary to introduce the angels and then there are 100 favorite chosen stories both from the Old and New Testaments. Each story has a scripture reference, retelling, a kid friendly application, an activity suggestion, prayer and a further memory verse scripture to read and possibly memorize. At the end after all the Bible stories are some fun things including Special Bible Verses to Remember, The 10 Commandments, Facts about Angels, Miracles of Jesus and author biographies.
The illustrations are very bright and cartoon-like, but tons of fun. I am very impressed with this little storybook especially in the âÂÂI just learnedâ¦â applications. Even my preschooler enjoys reading in this one and I truly can see her learning. To have a Bible storybook to teach and challenge my daughter as she grows in her knowledge of scripture and hopefully faith is the goal and definitely accomplished here.

Little Angels Bible Storybook
As soon as I took the book into my hands, I was excited to show it to my daughter. It is a sturdy padded hardcover book that looks like it will stand the test of time. The cover is brightly colored which immediately drew us both in. As I thumbed through the book I noticed beautifully drawn cartoon characters and vivid pages. I am very impressed with the appeal this book has visually.
This childrenâÂÂs Bible story book outlines 100 Bible stories both Old Testament and New Testament stories. When my daughter asked me to read to her the story of Jonah, the table of contents was very helpful in being able to find the story without having to skim throughout the book.
For each Biblical story there is the book and verse in the Bible that it corresponds with. Each story has an âÂÂI learned thatâ¦â which is the main idea of the story and âÂÂI canâ¦â segment involves the children to participate in a challenge to encourages them to live out the Word they just received, a short prayer asking the Lord to help them to apply the lesson learned to their own lives, and a verse that correlates with the story.
At the end of the book I found it helpful that they have outlined a section for Bible verses to remember and the miracles of Jesus.
My daughter and I are enjoying reading this collection of Bible stories together.

A real gem!
Bible storybooks are everywhere nowadays, and IâÂÂve had quite a few around here. But this one will be read often! We love the illustrations, the summaries of the Bible stories, the applications, and the simple and quick activities that accompany each lesson/story.
IâÂÂve been reading the stories of the New Testament since weâÂÂre in that time period in our history study right now. The kids IâÂÂve been reading to are 4, 5, and 7, and they love it! They beg me to read more and more each time.
One thing I enjoy is doing the activity with each lesson. I gave each of the kids a small notebook where they put their âÂÂworkâÂÂ. The storybook is aimed for preschool age, so they do things like write the work âÂÂfaithâÂÂ, count to 12 (for the 12 baskets of food), draw a picture of a fish, pretend to be a colt, and make a cross with two wooden sticks.
(I received a copy of this book from the publishers. All thoughts and opinions are my own.)
