I was reluctant to purchase this since I couldn't find any preview clips online. But I took the chance from the description. So glad I did!

Although the look of the video is very 1980's (something I could relate to having been a teenager at the time), the exercises are timeless.

It is wonderful to find an exercise video that is challenging yet the instructor dresses modestly. Also, the classical music is lovely and works great with the choreography.

I am so tired of finding only cheaply, barely dressed women as fitness instructors, even from some workouts labeled as "Christian". Linda Haught is a breath of fresh air!

    Definitely recommend!

A fun way to exercise and learn from someone who is modestly dressed!

My friends and I have been using this DVD for about 3 years now. "Fitness Forte" is the easiest - after about a year and a half, we graduated to "Creative Aerobics." We haven't used the Step Up one, because it requires a step. The music on "Fitness Forte" is upbeat but not rock - the music on "Creative Aerobics" is mostly classical (still upbeat). Enjoyable product!
